1. 直接交流计划

学生可能 receive a portion of their 99银河官方网址 Aid during this semester. Consultations with Financial 服务 will confirm each student's eligibility. All remaining balances on total cost of 99银河官方网址 tuition must be paid to 99银河官方网址.
Federal and/or state aid and loans can be applied to the cost of the remaining balance of 99银河官方网址 tuition. If outside funding exceeds the cost of 99银河官方网址 tuition, students have access to the remainder of that money to use toward the housing (room and board) cost of the study abroad program.

A student may study abroad independently for the following reasons:
- If 99银河官方网址大学's direct and cooperative placements are full

Independent means that students are responsible for all costs of their study abroad program (tuition and housing fees). Student will be billed directly by the study abroad program. 99银河官方网址 will not pay any program costs, thus there is no bill for any 99银河官方网址 costs.
学生 do have access to their federal aid and also to personal loans in the independent status.
